David Gonzalez is the owner and Designated Broker of Gonzalez Realty Group LLC, a fully independent company.  Mr. Gonzalez serves many types of clients in the commercial and residential space including: first time home buyers, seasoned buyers and sellers, investors, builders, Corporations/LLC's, private/public schools and universities to name a few. With over 10 years of experience in both residential and commercial, David is able to serve and consult on a wide variety of areas in the real estate industry. He is an active member of the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce and an influential leader in the Tri-Cities Hispanic community.

Mr. Gonzalez grew up in the small town of Royal City, WA and is very proud of his roots. At a young age from working at the local farms, Mr. Gonzalez learned how to work hard and established a strong work ethic. After graduating from Royal High School in 2006 he left the small town world to attend Eastern Washington University. He is very proud to be an Eagle and philanthropist alumni. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors in Business Administration, earning nearly a perfect GPA of 3.92.  An achievement that taught him that with hard work and commitment you can accomplish anything you put your mind into.

After graduating from EWU, David moved to Tri-Cities, WA and has since then made the area home. Mr. Gonzalez enjoys the Tri-Cities and sees a lot of potential in both the residential and commercial space. He enjoys helping his clients achieve there real estate goals. So much that often his clients tell him, "it genuinely looks like you love what you do". Mr. Gonzalez believes that when you love what you do, you never work a single day. He is committed to excellence and looks to deliver excellence with every client.  David believes full heartedly that he will be his clients life long mentor when dealing with real estate. From helping a client the first time to helping their grandchildren years into the future. He hopes one day his three kids will join him and work along side him at Gonzalez Realty Group, LLC. His ultimate testament to a legacy that will hopefully carry on for generations. 

David is a loving and passionate family man. A husband and father of three beautiful children. When you don't see him working, you will surely find him at a tasty BBQ with his friends and family. He also enjoys celebrating the summer holidays at a family camping trip. God willing, you may run into him at his favorite camp sites at the Cascade Mountains or perhaps near the lake at Coeur d'Alene. Cheers!
